The tag implication #45569 trapped_in_bubble -> in_bubble is pending approval.
Reason: Both are inside a bubble of some kind, the first merely just implies they are in there against there will, but still in a bubble anyway.

There are a couple other populated trapped_in_* tags too. If we're gonna alias these tags make sure to add the trapped tag first
